I am a first time
user of your company’s services and am writing to express my thanks
and appreciation for the quality of the service you and
your tradesman provided me. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an
understatement.
As a salesperson I have a heavy dependence on my
car, which has been receiving regular service from an alternate
“local” service centre. On Monday morning the transmission wasn’t
selecting gears and I found the automatic transmission oil so
extremely low the vehicle couldn’t be driven for fear of damaging
things further.
Consequently I
called Mr Mechanic Mobile Mechanics,
who I found in the local yellow pages.
Thank you very
much for coming to my rescue and for fitting me into your schedule
on short notice. That was my first pleasant surprise dealing with
Mr Mechanic.
I found your
tradesman Peter to be very polite and professional.
The problem has
been fixed and the car drives beautifully now. Most remarkable, in the past
- while my previous garage was careful the steering
wheel, seat, floor or the bonnet had some spots or oil marks on
them after a service. In Peter’s case he didn’t leave one spot on
anything including my driveway. I was explaining that to someone
last night after getting home to find my car fully serviced and
ready to drive and the response was “a clean mechanic – that’s
almost impossible”.
Thank you for your
excellent service and I look forward to meeting Peter one day. I
will be using your services in future and am delighted that I have
found an alternative to wasting my time dropping off and picking up
my car from a garage after each service.
